The NoTraffic Support Scheduling Portal (this site) is a private coordination tool for NoTraffic staff, authorized distributor partners, and approved client agency users. By logging in, you agree to these terms.
1. Authorized use only
Access is limited to accounts approved by NoTraffic and may be used only for legitimate business purposes: coordinating installation and support scheduling, reviewing intersection and equipment details for projects you are involved in, and communicating project status.
2. Accounts and credentials
- Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including coworkers.
- Notify NoTraffic promptly if someone with access leaves your organization or if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
- NoTraffic may suspend or revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
3. Confidentiality
Information in this portal — including intersection details, equipment records, schedules, client information, and network configuration — is confidential business information belonging to NoTraffic and its client agencies. Do not share, export, or disclose it outside your organization except as needed to perform work on the related projects.
4. Scheduling information may change
Schedules, project dates, and intersection data are provided for coordination purposes only and may change without notice. Confirm dates with NoTraffic before committing crews, travel, or other resources. NoTraffic is not responsible for costs incurred in reliance on information shown in the portal.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to view.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the portal's security.
- Do not upload malicious files or content unrelated to project work.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data without written permission from NoTraffic.
6. No warranty
The portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. NoTraffic does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
