Privacy Notice
The NoTraffic Support Scheduling Portal is a business tool used by NoTraffic staff, distributor partners, and client agency users to coordinate installation and support work. This notice explains the limited personal information we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account information — your name, work email address, phone number, organization, and job title, provided when your account is created.
- Login credentials — your password, stored only as a salted cryptographic hash. We cannot see your password.
- Activity records — actions you take in the portal (for example, scheduling a project or updating an intersection record) are logged with your name and a timestamp for audit and coordination purposes.
- Session cookie — a single strictly-necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. See the Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To authenticate you and control what data your account can see.
- To show teammates and NoTraffic staff who scheduled, changed, or completed work.
- To send transactional email you'd expect: registration approval, password resets, and schedule reminders.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not use your information for advertising or marketing.
- We do not use analytics or tracking services.
Sharing
Your name may be visible to other authorized portal users in the context of project activity (for example, as the requester on a scheduled project). We use a small number of service providers to operate the portal — Railway (hosting and database) and Resend (transactional email) — which process data only on our behalf.
Retention and removal
Account information is kept while your account is active. If you leave your organization or no longer need access, contact us and we will deactivate the account. Activity records may be retained for audit history of project work.
