This page explains the cookies used by the NoTraffic Support Scheduling Portal (this site). We keep cookie usage to the absolute minimum required to keep you signed in.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Cookies are commonly used to remember preferences, keep you signed in, or track activity across sites. We only use cookies for the first purpose — keeping you signed in — and we do not use any third-party tracking cookies.
Cookies we set

The connect.sid cookie is set only after you
successfully log in. It is marked HttpOnly (not
readable by JavaScript), SameSite=Lax, and
Secure in production so that it is only sent over
HTTPS.
Cookies we do not use
- No analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, Plausible, etc.)
- No advertising or marketing cookies
- No social media cookies (no Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, etc.)
- No cross-site tracking of any kind
Third-party services
The portal communicates with a small number of third-party services to function. None of these set cookies in your browser:
- Open-Meteo — queried server-side for weather forecasts on scheduled dates.
- Resend — used server-side to send transactional email (registration approval, password reset, reminders). We do not embed tracking pixels in our emails.
- Railway — our hosting and database provider.
Your choices
Because the only cookie we set is strictly necessary for authentication, blocking it will prevent you from logging in. You can clear the cookie at any time by logging out or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
If we ever introduce additional cookies (for example, analytics), we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent before they are set.
